Beautiful Cutsforth Park is located in the Southern Heart of Morrow County, just 22 miles south of Heppner. The wonderful forest atmosphere that Cutsforth Park provides is soothing to those who visit. Located along the Blue Mountain Scenic Byway, Morrow County's Cutsforth Park is ideal for your family getaway!

What makes Cutsforth Park a Morrow County Gem? The park is the home to a stocked pond, just waiting for someone to enjoy a morning of fishing. How about an exciting round of Horseshoes in the pits while the kids enjoy the playground facilities. Many a visitor at the campground have been seen hunting for mushrooms, looking for deer, and walking the nature trails that surround the park. Wildlife is a part of Cutsforth and find permanent residence around the grounds. Looking for a great photo opportunity? Do you have horses? Cutsforth Park even offers Horse Pens for a minimal rental fee. Equestrian trails on USFS property adjacent to the park offer some of the best horseback riding and peaceful environment one could ever hope to find! Looking for a great getaway? Reservation Policy & Fee Changes in 2012

Due to increased park operating expenses, Morrow County Parks will see an increase in park user fees and changes in reservation policy starting January 1, 2012. Click here for more information.

Fires permitted in designated fire rings/pits ONLY. Do not leave unattended. Unattended campfires need to be DEAD OUT. Individuals will be held responsible for fires that get out of control, or are left unattended.

Park Rules
  1. No shooting of firearms in park.
  2. No hunting in the park.
  3. "Quiet Time" is from 10pm to 6am.
  4. Keep garbage in garbage cans.
  5. Turn Park water off when not in use.
  6. Keep fires in designated fire rings or grills only -
    season permitting.
  7. Speed limit in park - 10 MPH.
  8. No trespassing on private property.
  9. Keep dogs on leash or under immediate control at all times.
  10. "Zero tolerance" policy on all alcohol and drug offenses.
